Every program is led by Bame Norwebb Mukuria. Bame brings almost two decades of experience across construction, design, preconstruction, client delivery, leadership, training and entrepreneurship. Her work has been recognised through Australia Business Elites’ 40 Under 40, the HIA Excellence in Service Award and her nomination to mentor in HIA’s 2025 Women in Building Mentorship Pilot.
